Our vintage clothingstore Vindit specializes in clothing with a distinct style, often typical to a ceirtain era (twenties, fifties, sixties, seventies for instance). Sometimes you just need an accessory to complete the look. For instance; a hat! A hat or a cap is always nice to wear, but besides that, it can really give an outit the right character (like they did in the series Peaky Blinders or Boardwalk Empire etc.).
We've got a lot of hats in our clothing shop, but we do not have enough space to showcase áll our hats. We figured a webshop in hats would make a lot of sense.

A hat or cap is not a very difficult product measurement-wise. There's simply one size; the circumference of your head.
We've filled our webshop with felt and woolfelt ladies hats and fedora's, but also a broad selection of flatcaps and paperboy caps (also called newsboy caps). Besides that, we've got a fair share of buckethats, Panama hats, floppyhats, fishermen hats aviator hats, bowler hats and tophats. There are some accessories aswell, like bow ties and pochets.
Although it is intensive work, we choose to take detailed pictures of every detail, so you really know what you'll be buying without any nasty surprises once received. Therefore, we also measure every hat (the size on a label is not always correct!). Because all of this is quite time-consuming, we can only add so many items in a week.
The items in our online webshop are not stored in our vintageshop, to prevent us from displaying tems that may just have been sold offline. By appointment, we can bring items you'd like to try to our shop for one day, so you can try them on. Maybe you'll even find something not listed online!
